覆膜機組  Laminating line

本產(chǎn)品主要通過對覆膜基板（鍍錫板、鍍鉻板及鋁板等）進行清洗后，通過熔融法對基板兩面覆一層復合塑料薄膜，這種在冷軋薄鋼板或鍍鉻鐵正反兩面覆蓋多層聚脂復合薄膜，可以兼具塑料薄膜和金屬板材雙重特性。廣泛應用于馬口鐵食品行業(yè)。

This machine can clean the base-plate (tinplate / chrome-plate / aluminum), and laminate both sides of the base-plate by melting method. The laminated cold roll or chrome plate with plastic membrane on both sides has both plastic and steel advantage. This is also widely used in tinplate can food industry.

● 覆膜機主要由覆膜輥、冷卻輥、框架及驅(qū)動裝置等組成，其主要通過兩個覆膜輥間的壓力對加熱后的基板進行熱帖膜；

The laminating machine combined by laminating roller, cooling roller, the main frame and driving module. Two pressured laminating roller laminates the heated baseplate.

 ● 采用焊縫快速打開功能；

Rollers will loose meeting welding gaps.
