剪切拉矯重卷機(jī)組 （trimming line）

對(duì)平整后的鋼卷進(jìn)行切邊和矯正板形，以獲得成品寬度和良好的板形，同時(shí)也是對(duì)鋼板表面進(jìn)行缺陷檢查，及時(shí)對(duì)質(zhì)量進(jìn)行控制和管理。

Trimming line can rectify the shape and cut the edges of the tempered coil, to guarantee the product width and shape. It can also check the surface defect and proceed the quality control and management.

● 拉矯剪切機(jī)組是鍍錫前的檢查機(jī)組，用于帶鋼表面的質(zhì)量檢查，確保符合鍍錫原板的要求；

trimming line is the quality check line before tinning line. Surface quality check can guarantee the black plate meets the requirement.

 ● 在檢查機(jī)組上配置了拉矯機(jī)和圓盤剪，用于改善板形和軋制毛邊的切除，以獲取最終的成品寬度；
