我公司單體設(shè)備開發(fā)，是在結(jié)合連續(xù)鍍鎳鍍錫鍍鉻的生產(chǎn)工藝特點的基礎(chǔ)上，吸取國外設(shè)備的特點和經(jīng)驗，突破技術(shù)難點，相繼開發(fā)出如高頻感應(yīng)加熱、高壓變頻電阻軟熔、不溶性陽極、可溶性陽極、滾筒飛剪、覆膜機、剪切拉矯重卷短線、重刷機等獲得成功，大幅降低了投資成本，并提升了產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量或裝備水平，各項指標(biāo)均符合要求。

Based on its understanding of continuous nickel plating, tin plating and chromium plating production know-how, Xiyanyuan has developed and designed various of integral equipment , such as high-frequency induction heating, high-voltage resistance melting, lamilating machine and roller flying shear， insoluble anode, soluble anode, acid free pickling，etc. These components has been widely tested and used.
